The Lookout is a traditional Cornish cottage superbly located right on the coastal path with magnificent views across the outer harbour and the beach.

The cottage is reverse level to take full advantage of the views.  There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a 5’ king bed and the other with 3’ twin beds.  Also on this floor is a bathroom with a large shower cubicle and heated towel rail and a lovely country style kitchen fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge with a freezer compartment, microwave and washing machine.

Stairs lead from the kitchen to the first floor which comprises a lovely light open plan lounge diner with wonderful views across the bay and the outer harbour.  There is very comfortable seating for five, an electric fire, an LCD TV with Freeview and DVD player and a dining table with four chairs positioned by the windows to take full advantage of the view.  Additional heating is provided throughout the cottage by background storage heaters with electric radiators in both bedrooms.

The Lookout has the bonus of an off road private parking space large enough for two cars and a seat at the front to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset.  There is an enclosed courtyard at the back for secure storage of bikes surfboards, etc.

With its location right on the coast path you will have stunning walks right on your doorstep but it is only a few minutes’ walk to the centre of the village and the harbour with its excellent selection of shops and restaurants.
