Porthcressa is a delightful traditional cottage located in a very quiet side street but just minutes from the harbour with its shops and restaurants.  With the benefit of off road parking and a lovely sunny enclosed garden it is a perfect choice for families and couples.

The cottage is entered from the parking space into a very well equipped kitchen with a small table and two chairs, a fan oven with ceramic hob, slimline dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer and coffee maker.  A tumble dryer is installed in a cupboard between the lounge and dining room.  A cosy dining room with oak flooring leads off the kitchen with seating for four people.

There is a separate lounge, again with oak flooring, with a very comfortable Multiyork sofa and Ercol chairs, 32” smart TV and DVD player and a lovely original Victorian tiled fireplace.  From the lounge a small porch leads into the delightful enclosed garden with a table and chairs and a sun parasol for alfresco dining on sunny days.

On the first floor are two lovely bedrooms with pine furniture, one with a double bed and the other with two 3’ beds which overlooks the garden.  Also on this floor is a lovely spacious newly fitted bathroom with a corner bath and a large separate shower cubicle.

The cottage is heated by oil fired central heating with radiators in every room and a heated towel rail in the bathroom, making it a lovely cosy choice for winter breaks.  Bed linen, towels and wifi are all included in the price.

Porthcressa is a wonderful choice for summer or winter breaks and the lovely quiet location and the parking space right beside the door is a real bonus.
