Set in a peaceful area of Porthleven, just a few minutes walk from the centre of the village, Melrose is a lovely family bungalow with an enclosed garden with distant sea views, off road parking and easy access to the harbour, shops and beach.

The lounge/diner has a Flatscreen TV with Freesat, 3D Blu-ray DVD, electric fire, lovely comfortable sofas and a dining table to seat four. This room overlooks the garden with views across the countryside.

The very well equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and coffee machine. There is also a breakfast bar with two stools and access to the rear garden.

The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, heated towel rail, basin and WC and there is also a separate cloakroom with a basin and WC.

The master bedroom, overlooking the rear garden, has a king size bed and the second bedroom, at the front of the property, has 2’ 6” twin beds which can be zipped together to make a 5’ king size bed (this should be requested on booking).

The rear garden is a lovely feature of the property, having views of the countryside and of the sea in the distance. It is completely enclosed and as well as the grassed section, with sunloungers provided, has a large decked area with a table and six chairs. There is also a lawn at the front of the property and plenty of off road parking for at least two cars.

Melrose has oil central heating throughout, making it a good choice for out of season holidays as well as the summer. Bed linen, towels, electricity and wifi are all included.
