This lovely family bungalow is located in a quiet area of Porthleven just a few minutes walk from the harbour, with a large enclosed garden and off road parking.

Kitto’s Place sleeps five in a king bedroom which overlooks the garden at the back of the bungalow, a twin bedroom with 3’ zip and link beds which can be joined to make a superking (please request when booking) and a single bedroom with a 3’ bed.  All the bedrooms have Smart TV’s with incorporated DVD players.

The bathroom has a bath with an electric shower over, heated towel rail and washbasin and a separate WC with handbasin.

The lovely spacious lounge has ample seating, a 50” Smart TV, Blu ray player and separate DAB radio and Bluetooth speaker.  A separate dining room overlooks the garden and has a table and chairs for six.

The well equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer and as well as plenty of cupboard storage there is the added bonus of a walk in larder.

From the kitchen a door leads to the lovely enclosed rear garden with views of the countryside which, as well as the lawned area, has a patio with table and chairs to seat six.  Sunloungers and a BBQ are also provided if you want a relaxing time at home.

Kitto’s Place has off road parking for one car.  There are electric radiators in all the rooms with an additional heater in the lounge.  Bed linen, towels, electricity and wifi are all included.
