Hender House is a charming, recently renovated cottage, just a few minutes’ walks to the centre of the village, with views over the harbour and towards the sea and with a lovely elevated garden.

The cottage is reverse level with the open plan living area on the first floor looking straight out over the harbour.  The lounge area at the front has beautiful leather sofas, a Sharp 50” smart TV, LG soundbar and LG DVD player.  The luxurious kitchen has granite worktops, an island unit with bar stools and is very well equipped with an oven, hob, integrated microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.  The washer/dryer is located on the ground floor.  There is a lovely oak dining table and chairs by the French doors opening out to the rear of the cottage onto a sheltered patio.  From here steps lead up to an elevated garden with a glass balustrade and seating and views to the sea and harbour.  There is additional seating on the patio at the front of the cottage.

Downstairs are two bedrooms, a king and a twin, both with 24” Technika TV’s.  A beautifully finished bathroom completes the ground floor accommodation with a bath and a separate shower cubicle.

The cottage has full electric central heating and all electricity, heating, bedding and towels are included.

Hender House adjoins Captain’s Cottage, making it an ideal choice for two families wishing to holiday together but retain their privacy.
