A beautiful cottage just a few yards from the beach, Compass Cottage has its own private parking and a patio and garden where you can sit and watch the sun set over Mounts Bay.

Two bedrooms – one twin and one very large super king with ensuite shower room with power shower & heated floor - and an additional bathroom with bath & power shower and heated floor are on the ground floor. A small room leads off the main bedroom which can be used for a cot or as a study with WiFi connection. The first floor has a large kitchen diner leading on to the garden and a very spacious lounge with a large woodburner, 42" LCD TV with surround sound and Blue Ray player, FreeSat and Hi Fi with MP3 docking station. A conservatory leads off this room with wonderful views across the bay and this also gives access to the garden and sheltered lawn. The kitchen and bedrooms all have Freeview TV and MP3 docking stations. 

The two bedrooms have air conditioning for heating and cooling and the lounge has a heat pump for efficient, on-demand heating.

The kitchen is extremely well equipped for guests who like to cook at home and there is an oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer. Heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. 

The property has off-road parking for one vehicle at the front entrance. Please note: The stairs in this property are quite narrow and steep.
