Chapel Downs House is a large coastal cottage, overlooking the iconic clock tower and rugged coastline of Porthleven. With spectacular views from nearly every room, it’s an idyllic escape for families or friends seeking a seaside getaway.

Enjoy panoramic sea views from the first floor living room, with plenty of seating, a Smart TV, and an electric wood-burning effect stove. The well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer, with a serving hatch to the dining area, which features a dining table, window seating with sea views, and a decorative Rayburn.

With four bedrooms, there's plenty of space for all! There is ground-floor double with sea views, a small single suitable for child only, a twin room with sea views, and a first-floor king-size bedroom. There’s a ground-floor shower room, a cloakroom, and a first-floor bathroom with a bath and shower.

A spacious utility area has a washing machine and access into the large tiered garden, a peaceful retreat with a courtyard, lawn, patio, two seating areas and elevated gravel area with breathtaking coastal views.
