The cosy open-plan living area has a woodburner, two sofas, a TV, and a dining table with four chairs. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, fridge, Nescafe Dolce coffee machine, and access to the outside seating area and external utility room, where you'll find a washing machine, tumble dryer, and freezer.

There is a double bedroom and a second bedroom which can be twin or king size. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower, WC, and basin.

There is underfloor heating throughout the downstairs and electric heaters upstairs.

An outside area has a bistro table and chairs.
