2 The Mackerel Building is a luxury second floor apartment sleeping four overlooking Porthleven harbour.  It is located above 1 The Mackerel Building and adjacent to 1 Mackerel Cottages and 2 Mackerel Cottages.  Being on the second floor it offers privacy but also has the advantage on being just a short stroll from all that the village has to offer.

The whole living area is open plan with the lounge at the front of the room with comfortable sofas positioned to make the most of the wonderful views across the harbour.  It has a 42” TV with Freeview, DVD player, HiFi with iPod dock and WiFi.  At the rear of this room is the dining area with solid oak table and chairs and a top quality well appointed kitchen with granite worktops, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and fridge with full size freezer above.

The bedrooms are quietly situated at the rear of the building.  The master bedroom has a king size bed, built in wardrobes with ample storage and an ensuite shower room.  There is a further bedroom with twin beds and built in wardrobes and a separate family bathroom with a bath and shower over.

The apartment has underfloor heating throughout, controlled by individual thermostats in each room.  Heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included.

One pet is permitted, in the open plan living area only, not in bedrooms.

2 The Mackerel Building has a private parking space by the harbour railings and can, of course, be booked in conjunction with 1 The Mackerel Building below or 1 Mackerel Cottages and 2 Mackerel Cottages next door.
