The Studio, Porthleven (1 bedroom) 
This comfortable, recently refurbished holiday apartment is located in a quiet position just behind the owner's property and above Porthleven beach. In just a couple of minutes you can walk to the centre of the village in one direction while a stroll along the coast in the other takes you to the National Trust's Penrose Estate with its outstanding scenery and woodland walks.
The accommodation is fully equipped for two adults with everything you need for a self-contained break. There is one double bedroom with en-suite shower and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fitted with an electric cooker, fridge, freezer and microwave and is well equipped with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. The sitting room has a leather suite, TV, DVD, video and music centre. This room also incorporates a dining area/breakfast bar. Duvets, bed linen, towels and a hairdryer are all provided and electricity is included in the price. The Studio has a no smoking policy and pets are not permitted.
To the rear The Studio has its own patio which has views of the sea. Visitors also have the use of the owner's large garden which overlooks the whole of Mounts Bay and off road private parking is provided.
