Chy Kensa, Porthleven
Chy Kensa is a charming semi-detached cottage converted from former net lofts, set in a quiet location just off the harbour and convenient for all facilities and only a few minutes walk from the beach.
The cottage is fully equipped for four and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The large lounge has solid oak flooring, high quality leather sofas and a dining table and chairs for six, Amazon Echo including Bluetooth speaker connectivity, Amazon Echo Dot in bedroom, again with Bluetooth speaker connectivity, Amazon Firestick in addition to a Smart TV, DVD player and fibre broadband. The newly fitted kitchen is very well equipped and there is an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge and a small freezer.
On the first floor is a large bedroom with a king size bed, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with a bath and shower over. Heating on this floor is by an electric radiator and panel heaters in the bedrooms and a nightstore heater on the landing.
French doors lead from the lounge to a delightful enclosed patio with comfortable sofas and a table and the cottage has the added bonus of its own parking space by the front door. One well-behaved pet is welcome.
Bed linen, towels, hairdryer, cot and high chair are all provided and electricity and heating are included in the price.
Chy Kensa adjoins Rosen Chy and Fos Tressa which makes these properties an ideal choice if two or three families wish to holiday together but still retain their own private space.
